Hi all-- I'm trying to decide whether or not to plan a trip to Tokyo for late next month to visit some friends and catch TPE's Vernal Equinox party (yes, I *like* full-on... well, some of it, anyway), but I've heard some mixed reviews about the current state of psy in Tokyo, and I'm looking for more input. Does TPE put on good events? What about the attendees - is it a fun, high-energy group or is the majority cracked out on something or other? Any other insight or useful advice? Thanks-- -ravyn
