  1. CONQUEST presents Hello Spring, Goodbye Winter! CONQUEST is here to bring in the spring time vibe! Say bye, bye to winter and hello to spring with a mish-mash of all things Future Trance, Psy, Progressive and Minimal! Featuring ESKIMO (Phantasm Records, UK) At the grand old age of 22, Eskimo aka Junya is one of the most promising of the new generation of trance producers out there. Having released his debut artist album "Can You Pick Me Up" aged 17, Eskimo was almost immediately catapulted amongst the trance elite, add to this his scorching DJ Sets as DJ Junya, that he had been playing worldwide since he was 13, Eskimo is without a doubt one of the most exciting British artists today. His unique production skills and ability to put together a class-A belter saw Eskimo’s tunes begin to show up in the sets of psy trance DJs across the globe. By the time he performed his first live set 6 months after the album dropped his repertoire had trebled and so had his ability. Landmark remixes, many still unreleased due to copyright wrangles, from this time included some of the scenes biggest players such as Infected Mushroom and Skazi, but it was his unofficial remix of The Prodigy "Voodoo People" that sealed his reputation on the global dance floor. Orpheus Dan's connection with music stems from his early days in the womb, being exposed to a wide classical repertoire prior to actually being born. From an early age, climbing nakedto an intentionally raised stereo to tinker with knobs and buttons, it was clear that Dan's destination was to be a marriage of music and technology. His formal entry to the musicworld began with piano lessons at age 8, which allowed Dan to develop and refine his classical training. At age 12 Dan also took up Latin Percussion in order to bolster his stronger understanding of melodic and harmonic themes with rhythm training. At age 12 Dan began tinkering with MIDI technology and sequencing software but without any clear objectives, he lost touch with music and music technology as a way of life, however the passion remained. Toward the end of high-school Dan was introduced by friends to the Psychedelic Trance genre and after some initial resistance, he became addicted and immersed in any material he could source. After many frustrating attempts to understand the fundamentals of Psychedelic Trance production, Dan decided to embark on an audio engineering degree, which he completed successfully last March. In only a few months since launching the Orpheus project, Dan has shared the stage with Trance megastars such as Sesto Sento, Tsuyoshi Suzuki and Protoculture. In this short time Dan has also composed and unveiled a new LIVE set, a representation of his own unique style. Orphea DJ Orphea is Eloise Hinson, a New Zealand lass who has been based in Australia for the past three years, playing regularily at parties across Sydney and beyond. Music began for Eloise from day one of her life, with a talented musical family, her strong passion for music shines through. Orphea plays intelligent sets always suited to the time slot and flowing through the journey of the party. Her sought after sound is a tapestry of top quality progressive with clever twists, superb track selection and tight mixing. Having played on lineups with the likes of Andromeda, Sun Control Species, FREq and many others, her highlights would be her sets in New Caledonia & Italy and local T-Quest festivals & parties. Darkchild Raffi (Darkchild) fell in love with electronic music in his early years after hearing artists such as Tangerine Dream, Kraftwerk, Jean Michelle Jarre, Klaus Schultze in the late seventies and right to the eighties with bands like Depeche Mode, New Order, Human League, The Cure and then the late eighties, early nineties Acid House was the craze. People like Sterling Void, Ritchie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier, Sven Vath, Pete Namlook and UR all played a big part in shaping underground dance music today and they influenced him greatly. In the mid-eighties Raffi moved to Sydney from LA. He met Haig (DJ Galaktik) and together they started putting on intimate underground parties where they could play and hear the music that they loved. His taste in music has always been more deep and underground and although experiencing all types of different musical surrounds throughout the eighties and nineties, his heart has always been with quality underground music ranging from House, Tech House, Electro, Progressive and Acid Chill. “I love the warmth and depth of beautiful music as it goes skin deep and touches the soul ”
