I believe we are all in agreement that the cover is an insult to cover art? Even MS Paint should feel a little slighted. Ok now that that is out of the way we can get on to the much more important subject of the music contained therein. First off as you probably already know this is Gilber Thenevet and his various pseudonyms for the most part. Released in 1996 the sound is unmistakably goa trance with 1996 production. It lacks the oomph that can be found in other releases from the golden goa era. Another thing the tracks are rather thin and linear. Not many twists and turns to be followed and sounds like they were just going through the motions. The remix of Mara Dhja is nice and more to my liking, but that's about it.

Not terrible, but I don't have time for not terrible. Or put it another way, this is third string stuff.

I like the cover art. It's so weird!

I mean yeah, the proportions are messed up and the font choice is terrible, but it's kind of creepy/trippy.

Where can I actually listen to this?

Aah! Should've read the review before picking it up :/

But it's rated almost 4! But I believe the reviewer too. :D let's wait on it then.

Definitely a bad cover. :D

Ok, so I gave it a listen. It's OK stuff. I actually fell asleep while listening to it. Not sure whether I was put to sleep because of boredom or because of the easy laid back stuff psychedelic atmosphere of the album.

It's got a very old sound to it. It's 20 year old yes. But Transmissions or Alien Protien sound just fine even today.

There are nice moments here are there, they make you move your head in a jolly way :P somehow even with the slightly dark serious kinda atmosphere, I was never pulled in and I found myself relaxing and chilling around.

Also, I am not a huge fan of Asia 2001 :/

Thanosp, your turn to enjoy this cd & give your opinions. ;)

I was listening to one more CD from 1996 today,

Morphem - Out Of Focus, now that's a classic and a must have.
