desysko Posted September 7, 2015 Share Posted September 7, 2015 So after watching the trailer for MGS 5, I fell in love with this track right away. I simply love the whole atmosphere of the track and especially when the choir/vocal part comes in around 2:25ish. After being introduced to Goa/psy music, I've been a lot more appreciative of music and especially of tracks that can really build a great atmosphere and have catchy elements to them (such as melodies, etc). This song caught my attention since it does all of this so well. I did check out some of New Order's other materials and quickly realized that their other materials isn't the same (I eventually found out about the history behind Elegia, as it was made as a memorial track for a band member of another group).
