It's from 1999 and if it sounds familiar is because apparently Black Eyed Peas ripped it off for I Got A Feeling. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z7drHJ71rIw Anyway I'm looking for similar soothing and nostalgic trance. Apparently this artist tried to sue Black eyed peas but it didn't work out...and like you said he doesn't exist on Discogs.
