Guest The Hypnotic LFO Room
i found this on psyshop Tribal Roots Vol. 1 Compiled and mixed by 'Astral Projection'. http://www.psyshop.com/shop/CDs/dac/dac1cd030.html Tribal roots? Where's the tribal? I never understood all the compilations and festivals using tribal in their headlines when there's no tribal to be found.
Richpa
Just like countless progressive psytrance compilations using term 'Goa' for the music that got nothing with Goa trance in the end.

Penzoline
Well if you count the scene as some form of a tribe - the old artists would be the roots of that tribe. I guess.

Tribal is not the same as Tribe. Tribal is a music genre.

Balance
Trance music by definition in itself is all tribal as the dance trance experience is at its roots tribal. So yes this mix cd can be called tribal. Also my friends tell me a lot of progressive is played in Goa so you see it can also be called Goa Trance. U all really need to stop limiting your listening experiences and trance possibilities to minute genre details. It just makes for useless arguments. Guest The Hypnotic LFO Room
If you call melodic uplifting trance tribal then I am sorry. You got it totally wrong! And also stop assume things regarding what I listen to. I have a VERY broad taste in music.

Dave
Where's the tribal? yes hehe i agree the title is kind of wrong to, i was alittel confused exspecting something else to when i first saw the title. they should have given it a different name sinse its not tribal. when i see the name tribal i think of old Tegma tracks, sprongle, and of course Elysium

I like your music but that;s as far as it goes.
Balance
Whoa now. A lot of my friends came back from the last few seasons with CD's from Goa asking me why I alway listen to crapy melodic stuff and old sounding rubbish when real Goa sound is Neelix type stuff. It's rather sad.

Manuser
https://soundcloud.com/tiprecords/astral-projection-goa-classics-remixed-taster-mix First I thought it was disappointing to get a remix album (and I still do), but regardless these samples sound good... Astral projection didn't lose their touch.

ion1zed
It's so sad. First it says Release Date 2014-11-28. Then I come to the site in order to buy it on day 1. Only to find it has been delayed yet again. Sheeesh...
Scandinasia
Wait, they said they would release the 12/05. Why do they delay it ?
ion1zed
Don't know. First release date that was announced on arabesque said 2014-11-28, which would have been today. Now it has been delayed to 2014-12-12, the reasons for that being unknown to me.
franki
It happens, I'm afraid. Module Virus and Hutti Heita albums pushed back too.
