The Concept:

Remember when you were a kid and used to play with marbles and how fun was it?

These marbles are back!

But this time these marbles are going to play with you.

Phototropic Records presents Jelly Marbles, a goa-trance tale where 10

marbles will roll you to a journey that you will never forget.

There are 10 marbles, where each one has something special inside...

...perhaps a colour, a flavour, a soul, a galaxy or a door to another dimension...

...who knows?

Follow the marbles and they will reveal you its secret.

Welcome to Jelly Marbles!

I love how every topic in the anouncements forum that has the word "goa" in it gets 10-20 more page views and posts than any other kind of topic :)

Will grab this as soon as I get home. Thanks for putting this together Filipe, hey keep in touch man :)

So after a first listen this turned out to be a very divergent compilation.

Each lover of Oldschool Goa should at least stumble upon one or more songs he/she likes,

as this CD has it all; dark, morning, party and psychedelic. On the other hand this means you might come across some

tunes that do not exactly fit your style. In each case, it's great to see some well-mastered Oldschool that can be grabbed for free on the net! :)

My favourites on this moment are: Artha, Travma, Astrancer and especially CYAN! Man,

it's been a long time since I heard such a blissful Nitzhonot tune! I'm really glad Mike Dee contributed to this release, although his

interests for Goa and Nitz appearently equal zero...

For now, flac/wav is only for contributing artists. If you are an artist and didn't get the lossless version yet, contact Filipe or me.

Later, there might be 30cents/flac if i find/make a webshop or other scheme that supports that, but found nothing suitable yet.

for some reason the .ogg files don't want to work here today either, altough they did in the past? argh, anyway, at first listen best tracks were Travma and Astrancer and Artha (but that track was already spread before), Cyan was too cheesy imo and some of the other tracks lack some depth imo, but I should relisten

How do I download this album with a Mac, meaning without the file having to be.RAR. Because I can't seem to find a program that's compatible with .RAR rips via APple.

Any suggestions?

I really want to hear this album and recently became aware of it.

Look for a program called SimplyRAR and you should be set!
