From calm cool pools and flowing rivers to raging storms and massive floods, water is many ways nature’s equivalent to human emotion. It sustains us and gives us life. It can calm us and lull us to deep meditative states. It can also assault us with an aggressive onslaught that can be both amazing and terrifying. Since 2003 he has been writing many different types of electronic music with science fiction influences: psychedelic trance, techno, industrial, and drum ‘n bass. Hints of these other styles can be heard on Nanospheric, but it is primarily an atmospheric psytrance album with a heavy emphasis on story-telling. Cybernetika begins the tale with a virtual epigram: “Both universe and infinitesimal particle, the Nanospheric is an abstract construct beyond our imagination and comprehension.
