Another question.

About basslines, it says that the length of notes should be 1/64,

and everyone seems to be using delay. Is it essential?

Btw I've tried to use 1/64+delay and got some sh*ty sounds.

Anyone help?

Thanks in advance!!! :)

well as far as i know, there is little or no delay on the bassline most of the basslines have he fullon pattern which goes like this:-

x---x---x---x---

where x is the kick and - is the bass note length is upto u...as i said, never hesitate to experiment...play arnd with note length velocity...and in the above pattern bringin a variation in the notes...that gives it a funky feel...and if u still dont get it, there's and excellent tutorial on the cosmosis homepage....simply go to "ask dr bill" there u'll see the tutorial on the bassline...hope that helped

all the best ;)

Thanks Chans I tried something like that before (without delay) and it works pretty fine!

And it seems that some basslines I heard were like this

X---X---X---X--- <-Kick line (each 4)

------------------ <-Bassline (each)

First of all HI.

I have been trying to make psy trance using FL Studio 6, and somehow

I'm not succesfull?! I tried to make a normal trance beat and nothing :( .

Maybe the FL 6 is not the right programme to make psytrance with?

So any help, advise or hint WILL be usefull.

Thanks for help!

No! That all is shit! If u can't u can't. Try other progs. U will find positives and negatives on them. At the end of the longest line rewire them and make sounds u like.

P.S. And Toza. I said don't drink so hard.

hi guys,

i use fl for making music too!!i dont think that the sound of track depends on program but it depends mainly on sound card!!!

fls is a very good program and i know proffessional psy artists who use it.

Now,the tip is to know a program very good!!

PS:i know many information but i dont hav the words to explain them...

Yeah, you must now to use it!

I heard the final sound in Ableton and FL6.

It seems that the FL6 sound isn't as good as Ableton's

final sound. Is it because of the sound card,

or is it because the FL6 has that type of export?

Many say that FL6 has a shitty export sound, is it

really true?!

Thanks in advance!!! :D
