There’s been a lot of rumours flying around but we can now confirm that New Wave Radio (as indeed Ministry Radio) goes digital this month for the first time via the Sky network enabling easier access and giving our show the opportunity the opportunity to reach a lot wider audience ad what better way to kick this off than to welcome one of the UK’s leading DJ / Producers Tristan from Twisted Records.

Tristan began producing trance in the early 90’s following a long trip around Asia that saw him experience the psychedelic movement in Goa annd Koh Phan Gan,the next 10 years of his life were then dedicated to producing the music that inspired him through solo projects and collaborating with some of the scene’s greatest artists including Manmademan, Process, Hallucinogen, Dick Trevor, Laughing Buddha, Aphid Moon, GMS and many more.

In 1996 he joined the Twisted Records camp and rreleased his first single ‘Martian Arts’ through them and has not looked back since. His first album ‘Audiodrome’ dropped in 1998 followed by his second ‘Substance’ in 2002. Further releases have been through legendary labels including Flying Rhino, Matsuri and Spiral Trax whilst his music has appeared on numerous compilations the world over. Having played across the globe for the best part of a decade we are pleased to have Tristan launch the next phase of New Wave Radio!
