Review:

Our 2 year wait is over. This is THE album I have been waiting for

a very long time. When I heard them live back in March the played

some new stuff and it was just awesome. And so is this album.

When I heard the Hund and Unlimited EP I was a little bi dissapointed.

The bass was way to loud etc. Lucky for me it was just at the EP. On the album

these two tracks are much better. Top notch production comes with this release.

Pure fullon packed with imagination and variation. Without lacking of Logic's

spirit.

Melodies, percussion and sounds layered so perfectly you will be speechless.

The CD contains two (Marauder and Future Uncertain) great samples from K-Pax

and one

from Lord of The Rings - The Fellowship of The Ring. But hey? Who cares?

The weakness comes in Marauder which is way to short. The best thing is that

you have

no idea what is coming. These guys have alot of suprises for you. Enjoy!

Final Verdict: 9.5/10

At first I thought, wow, now this is something! Even something for me, an

oldschool fan! There are infact some new elements of structure/variations and

sound. Still, I wouldn't as perhaps many of you should, call this full on.

Full on trance is for me much more intense. Just as most of the other releases

also Unlimited disappoints after a while when it slips back to the todays

trendy sound of trance. Some random boing-boom-crash and sudden melodylines

and that's it! The most annoying with this and most of the releases today is

the MONOTON bass-sequence, it's so fucking uninspiring with only two-three

notes in all the tracks for the bass! I, like orkscheisse can only give it

4/10. Too soft, uninspiring, laidbackmusic.

My opinion is that the tracks seem a bit short, but I think it is good that you

get 10 (that is, no wasted space) it should almost be a law, even if,

unwritten.

Will Download & buy?? Nah, I am buying this baby!!!

Now, Return to Melbourne & PLAY AT THE QUARRY!!!

Very positive surprise for me, I instantly liked this a lot better than their

first album. Most tracks are full-on, although some are more chill- or

morning-oriented. One of the best of 2002 so far, excellent!

it you will also love this album. It's positive, it brings 1000 smiles on your

face, it's energetic, it's always changing ... This is one of the albums that

will for sure be part of an upcoming psyshop orders ... and for sure part of

um, okay, Datalinks & Neighbour of the Beast are two of the best trax from

them... The Third Revelation is still my #1 IMO, Datalinks is beautiful and

sweeet that i must listen to it 5 times in the roll :)... but like Elysium

said, they use the same elements and formulas since ages ago, all trax sound

pretty much alike. even tho im not looking for experimentation and innovation

like new X-Dream's, but i was expecting track like The Third Revelation and

such, the production and sound quality is superb, also i don't really get the

last track "Drop By Anytime", is it supposed to be "the greatest melodies of

LB's"? maybe it would not bother to new listeners... not my cup of tea. but

still, for a loyal LB fan like me, i would pay $20 buying it, final is 7/10.

really good album. no bad trax. IMHO outstanding trax are: 2,3,5 & 8. but there

isnt a killer like the third revelation on this one. at some points in one or

two of the trax i had the feeling that they tried to grasp the spirit of it

again but didnt really succeed :-[ but its still a very good album (9/10)

and i cant wait to hear them live on july 27th (with huxflux & infected m. btw

hehe)

Lots of fun to be had here. The 'Bombs come up with Part 2 of 'Panic In

Paradise' on track 3,re-invent Goa trance on 6 & 9,do an Eat Static

impersonation on 7,pull off a version of the modern-day Shakta/Ticon groove

and finish with 3DVision in the disco and [later]outer space on 10.

Yeah this is what killer psy trance is made of-Big phat beats, nice wicked

twisted melodies and plenty of lift-these guys are deft the best in the psy

trance scene at the moment and for anybody making trance at the moment these

guys should be the role models-fuck most of that progressive trance, it sounds

inane comparative to this!! That remix of tune in drop out is just fantastic

(all those Psychedelic pollution noises!!!!)9.99/10. And for fucksake dont

download this-buy it-why suck a candy with the wrapper on!

Fans looking for a "Headware pt.2" will probably be dissapointed with this new

one from logic bomb. However those after some seriously wicked music will have

a ball with this album. Logic Bomb glide effortlessly between smooth trance

and some actually quite nasty psychadelia (" Normalised " is the exception

here this track is just smooooth all the way, what a lovely track). While the

first track reminds me of older logic bomb stuff the rest keep the logic Bomb

feel while incorporating the logical (pun intended) progression that one

should expect from music artists. Thery're trying something a little different

with this album and a track like "Future Uncertain" certainly lives up to its

name by changing almost completely a number of times, eliminating the classic

"progressive" element of most trance. Many of the other tracks on this album,

similarly, have a contemporary approach in their track structure. For this

reason I do not believe this is progressive trance or Goa or whatever people

want to pidgeonhole it as. This album just "is". My opinion (as if anyone

cares) it's brilliant so get it. 9.5/10. (Loses .5 because it isn't quite

as polished as their first effort)

This is lazy, safe, mind-rot music overall & track 3 is too reminiscent for

comfort of X-Dream's classic 'Panic In Paradise'. This won't definitely draw

a psy trance die hard like me into the dancefloor. I read a feature in a

magazine describing them as groundbreaking.. it must be a joke. 3/10

The track "Neighbour of the Beast" is a total killer.

I love it . If you are into full-on stuffs listen to this track!! The rest is

not bad but a little disappointing. I was expecting more from them after the

recent tracks they released(The third revelation was my favourite track by

them). I guess it depends on what style you are into. 7/10

The Neighbour of the Beast is indeed a killer. Do you know why? Because the it

is based on Shamanic from Hallucinogen. Anyway it is still a good remix, even

if he doesn't admit it is. The other tracks are pretty good as well. Worth

buying, worth downloading as well!
