Review:

Not so cool compilation here... Altough it's the last Travelling there's

missing alot! There are enough good songs on this CD, but the other ones are

that bad you wanne run away!! The 1st CD is the best CD! Some famous standouts

are nr 2,4,7!! And specially that RMX of Nostradamus is véry good, better as

the original!! I also like the XIS song véry much, it's very uplifting with

many fast 303's!

But song 1 & 6 are simply TERRIBLE!! The second CD is really bad altough it

starts ok with 2 well known songs... (I really like Space Dwarfs altough it

sounds pretty cheesy...!!) then we have some awful goa-songs made with Rebirt

or Rubber duck (they sound like that) till there song 9... YESSSS... It's

still the best Goa-song EVER in my opinion, I can listen to that 1000 times

without getting bored...

In fact that song was why I bought this comp...!! Anyway, if you already have

X-Dream's Rain and those other classics I should not buy this piece of

plastic... I would give it 4/10! Bom Shankar

*Ahem* Track 1 on CD1 was engineered by Lawrence Elliot-Potter, thank you very

much. If you have doubts about Mr. Potter's work, listen to some Quietman or

Friends, Lovers & Family. "Simply terrible?" Sadie Glutz is a seminal

collaboration with David Conway. Their album, "They Boy From Outer Space" on

Silver Planet Recordings (1998), is something I'd encourage anyone on this

page with an open mind to check out.

Hey paul, you're right about CD1 track 1. I think it's pretty good and would

like to hear more of these guys, but I can't find the CD, because it's a bit

old and Psyshop (where I order my cd's) doesn't support this label.. As for

this comp, I'd give it 6,5/10

There are a couple of good tracks on this, but also a few of those cheap

hardtrance-like tracks which just don't do it for me... Also that 'Imagen'

track sucks because it has such an annoyingly high tone in it all the time,

it's just as if the sound isn't correctly equalized or something like that...

Killer tracks like Sandman (both tracks) and XIS and X-Dream and Four Carry

Nuts lift this up to the 6,5 mark..

How can you say that imagen track is bad? i love it. I have this comp and i

think it is a little weak, but donuts is A+, sandman always kicks ass, and

imagen is solid. and i dont see what the big deal is over domestic bliss....

old goa is corn to me.
