Review:

Things are moving so fast in my head that I'm starting to edit like a

telegram!!! This is so good!!!!!!!!! Dark, hard stuff

with that little extra twist. All tracks are absolutely awesome. From the

first minute of 'Radio' to the last minute of

'Out of your control' this album's got you. When it was released back in 98

it set a new standard of trance that many

artists try to copy in these days, but so far I can't think of anyone that

reached all the way to this high quality dark

trance. Maybe it's hard to get your hands on this one, but if you find it

anywhere you have no choice but to buy it!!!!

X-Dream crew are gods!!!!

Agreed, fellow xdreamer. This album is a true and different masterpiece from

the dude. All deep and dark and twisted, stomping proper dancing trance,

blissful to hear at the parties, just so at home just chilling . Has a dark

acid edge on top of a tripping travelling upper edge, the best combination of

the two that i have heard in years. If ya see it, beg borrow or steal to make

a way to buy it, you will get a lifetime of memories and travelling from this

one

An instant classic. I´m sure in 30 years my children will still be amazed by

the quality and powerfull music from Jan And Marcus 90% of the tracks they

create are excellent, imaginative and hypnotic. GOOD JOB.

I found this album really disappointing.OK, the sounds are original and the

tracks are rich but i still can't hear the melodies of this album...wherre are

they? For me, Radio is just a lot of beautiful sounds with no link beetwen them

6/10

I know why X=Dream have failed to release anything to date is because that they

are probably having problems making something comparable in quality to this. I

think to this very day no other artist/s have made quite a song like telegram

for sheer intensity and general arse-kicking sounds.I do look forward to any

new releases by the masters.

Yummmmmmmmmmm. Was reading somewhere else that some guy had loosened the bolts

of his ski rack by playing this cd in his car. Not lightweight, not for the

faint of heart. Very bassy but if you must play in the Dark, this is the

disc. Oh yeah, sounds way better over a big system: not for the computer /

sound card / headphone combination.

I should have really reviewed this album sooner as it has to be an obvious

contender for being the best psy-tech-trance album of all time. The energy and

power in it at times is just incredible to behold. Starting with one of the

best intros ever taking you dragging And screaming into its' opening tune -

'Radio' through to superb pulsating, timeless classics like 'The Frog' And

'Telegram' untill finally, releasing its' grip with the suitably named 'Out Of

Your Control' outro. How the fuck do they do it? Who cares? Just keep doing on

doing it!! This album will have your mind rattling off whilst your feet try to

catch up with it...and they will!!! How on earth they are going to top this

effort, God only knows... 10/10 Hurry up and release the sequel please!!!

Minimalistic Psytrance (almost Techno) with juicy, fat bass lines and many nice

electronic sounds... I tend to like it more and more every time I listen to

it. In the beginning, I really hated it, but after a while I started to like

it. "Psychomachine" is the best track, but "Radio", "Electromagnetic",

"Telegram" and "Out Of Your Control" are cool too... I've even started to like

the monotonous track "The Frog"!?! :) Great innovations and a pure energy

package (not many melodies, though)! A record well worth buying!

Pretty good album ! But not as good as "We Created Our Own Happiness" in my

opinion ... someone said above it was minimalist stuff ... certainly NOT !!!

That's less melodious than their 2 previous CDs, but very psychedelic And

various ! Best Tracks are Tracks 1 And particularly 7, and I don't think

there's any Bad Track (hum maybe Tracks 5&8 which are quite monotonous)...

funny thing in this album : each transition between Tracks sounds like if you

were searching for a new radio channel by scanning the frequencies on your

radio :-) Rating : 6.5/10

Okay, I would have to say that this is my favorite trance album of all time. I

can't say it's the best, but I've just had so many crazy and real experiences

with this album...Evolution! First, the concept of this album is so on point.

It's set up like a radio where each track is a different radio-station. It

doesn't end there, though. It tells the listner that our minds are like a

radio and we're tuning into different frequencies! Pretty far-out, eh? Their

sound is fast...so fast that it's almost out of control! oh, and the kicks?

soooo sick. They just slap your face with their beats! The entire album

flows really well and there are no bad tracks, but if I were to pick the

essentials, it would be "radio," freak," "psychomachine," and the ultimate

"telegram." "telegram" is not even that sick of a track if you just paid

attention to the beats and the melody, but that sample.."things are moving so

fast in my head...it's starting to edit like a telegram" is soooo sick!!! I

give this 9.5/10 to be fair, but it's really my favorite trance album to this

day. Mad profs to X-dream for this amazing album.

one of the best albums of all time! probably the best quality of production

ever in trance; and it's so beautiful! "telegram" and "psychomachine" are my

favorites, but i love them all (except "the frog" maybe). i saw them live last

weekend (for the 2nd time). first time i saw them (last summer), they really

blew my mind. this time it was also pretty good, and of course all the classic

tracks rocked, but the new stuff (yea, they made lots of new tracks) sounded

way too minimal. reminded me of Three Point Turn, but with an x-dream twist.

it was like they forgot to bring their synthesizers =) sadly, i was not very

impressed. hopefully they'll have a new cd out soon, so i can listen better.

but this album gets a scale-topping 9.8/10

If you don't love this album you should STOP listening to "goatrance"...

because this is the most beautiful album ever released.... SO FUCKING NICE

PRODUCTION that you want to rip your heart out... I mean.. everything else is

boring compared to this.... AWESOME.

I mean... If you're making music yourself... you certainly want to kill

yourself after hearing this album. You will never be as good as this.. ..

geeesus.

The production is WONDERFUL, intense sound but also relaxed...

10/10. This is THE perfect album. Melodic but still very monotonous, PERFECT

trance. If you dont like this album, then your probably a moron who cant

understand good production and quality..

Fat bass lines ..beautiful squelchy noises spiralling into a glorious landscape

of technical bliss, every track is unique in its own sense...definately sets

the standard for the highest quality of psy-tech-trance you could

imagine..tune in and trip out!!! 10/10 that telegram track is a fuc*ing

stormer =^,^=
