Review:

One of my all time favourite chill out albums. Beautifully constructed, simple

melodies, a joy to listen to in short. Still one of the best Sunday morning

albums that I play. Samples that make you smile rather than get too much into

your head!! If anyone needs some mellow music, this is imperative.

I'm afraid to be tortured by Shpongle fans but this CD is 10 times better for

me... There's something in that album that don't appear in Spongle...The very

very weird atmosphear...

This is a CD that put your brain un a super state of consciousness without

drugs...

Perhaps the purest of all the chillout spin off's that came out of the Infinity

Project (followed up by Mystery of the Yeti 1 and 2). A total journey that

delicately wafts you into another world..... Raja Ram's flute is totally

ethereal, and the weird swirling atmosphere created in each tune gets me every

time. If you can't get hold of it, try chaosunlimited.co.uk as they re-stock

it from time to time.

Finally got it, but I was a little disappointed. This is some good ambient with

a couple of very good tracks, but what came out after, MOTY 1 and 2, and

especially Shpongle, is a lot better than this. 7/10

Very good ambient album. I think we can't compare it with Shpongle, it's a bit

different, not the same musical objective... Mystical Experience make you to

dream, and it's the important thing

This cd is an absolute masterpiece. Its good to see that even hardcores goa

trancers can give high quality ambient music such high ratings, and also

include them in a 99.9% goa site. Thats just my 2 cents on the matter.

Anyway, I've had this CD for well over 3 years now and I still have not found

an ambient cd that I like more than this one. Eclipse, Excursions in

Ambience, Sphongle, Mystery of the Yeti 1&2, and Starseed were close to this

one and are all classics, but still don't even appraoch this cd's appeal to

me. Even after 3 years this cd STAYS in my rotation of music. Buy this one,

if you can find it... 10/10

The audio imagery that comes out of this CD is VERY impressive. I've never

heard another album like it for pure atmospheric genius. Its hard to

explain... and I suppose it depends on your imagination, but this album can

take you from ponderous asteroid fields to cumulous cloud spirals to vast

underwater caverns to fantasy forests... or at least thats what comes to mind

when I listen to it. I figure if an album can maintain that kind of feel

throughout, it is capital-P Polished and it deserves recognition.

I wonder.. Why is't my review here? I'm sure I wrote one.. well, giveadamn..

here's an other one! Lovlely CD! The Best! I like this one more than "Are you

Sphongle?", but not as perfect as Celtic Cross! :) "Under The Overtones" is a

very very nice track!! This is a perfect 9/10!

Yes. This is even better than Shpongle in my opinion too. Imagine

Hallucinogen's LSD as ambient, this is like that but more. :) Some songs have

noticeable beats, some are more ambient, it's pretty varied. Lots of great

vocal samples add a lot to the atmosphere and Raja Ram's flute is as beautiful

as on Shpongle. This may not hit you instantly but you'll get it after some

time and chilling. =) -Clargoa

below average tribal type release, although good for it's time when there

wasn't really any of this stuff around... there are a few good parts but most

of it seems to be just filler. i don't find it nearly engrossing enough. 6.5/10

I've just realised that I haven't posted a review for this ambient bliss...

Simon Posford and Raja Ram gathered to make an ambient album after ultimate psychedelic one FEELING VERY WEIRD. This is pre-Shpongle and you can hear that very good. There are many tracks that so much reminds on Shpongle, the mastering is the only bad point that discovers that it is rather old...yes, it is old, but rather good, not to say fenomenal.

I like all tracks and they all have great story and slide perfectly into each other. They made the ultimate concept album and it shows...This album is essential..10/10

Seraph, you're forgetting Graham Wood ;> can't leave out one of the wonderful figures that was a lead man for TIP. Heehee. Definitely my favorite ambient/space-bliss album of all time. Very buzzy with neaaaaaaat soundscaping. I almost forgot it was music. It seems so real and truely organic. ;>
