Review:

Simon Posford (Hallucinogen) and Martin Freeland (MWNN) have participated to

most of the Tracks of this album, but

this album is not as good as it could have been with such Goa artists ...

Tracks 7 and 10 are very bad, and Track 1, Telepathy, must be the BEST

Infinity Project's Track ... nevertheless

I don't find this Track awesome, cause I don't really like The Infinity

Project's music style ...

Rating : 3.5/10

errhh.. I really must say that children is very fastidious when it comes to

rating! (No offence ;) ) I liked this album very much.. especially telepathy

with those very mystical sounds, Hyperspeed with SPEED, Stimuli wich is the

best one, Binary Neuronaut is also pretty good and Noises from the Darkness of

course! very scary stuff... don´t play this song before you go to bed..

something scary might appear! ;) HO HO HO... A real classic! 7/10

I liked this a lot when it first came out and I still do. Most of the tracks

here are classics now and have been heard on many a compilation. When TIP

gives music like this, who needs more. Try a retro journey into noise for

some vintage psychedelic trance. Respect to these people making this type of

music back in ?95. Nice one!!!! Perhaps one more for those who have to get

everything ? a lot of tracks are available on so many compilations, but I like.

Ok, I don't know how long some of you guys have been listening to the music,

but this was one of the very first Goa trance albums that I bought, and it was

what got me listening to the music in the first place. Sure, it's getting a

little long in the tooth (5 years after its release) but I still pop it in the

cd player for a listen every now and then and it still manages to knock me on

my ass! THIS is the way Goa is supposed to be. Fast, hard and MELODIC, not

like all that boring techno crap that's being passed off as Goa nowadays.

It's just The BEST. Totally. Forget the TIP comps and any of the 100 other

albums you've heard. I don't even like the old full-on styles that much now,

but this WOW!

Hyperspaced, Noses from the darkness and FREEDOM FROM THE FLESH!!!!!!! The best

track of all time, energy plus... just kicks so hard. Whay doesn't anyone do

tracks like this, ultra solid and lower frequencies, but with bursts of

inspiration that just grab you. Now and forever, this is the pinnacle of GOA

for me. Such good production too, cranked up it just gains power. Raaaaahhhhh.

I think TiP is one of the greatest groups in time... This was one of my first

albums, and it's also one of the greatest! Best tracks: Freedom From The

Flesh, Stimuli, Uforica And Noises From The Darkness. A great album

This is PURE NOSTALGIA and for me, these sounds are STILL among the BEST EVER

produced... And when you think about it's was made 5 years ago, it blows your

mind... For me this is fantastic, and is up there with Hallucinogen's

"Twisted"... Very, very good, classic album. Fave's are: Telepathy,

Hyperspaced & Noises From The Darkness ... "Yes, the world at large is

fascinated with so called flying saucers. However, they do not fly, they

oscilate in between dimensions." Brilliant!

A well-deserved 8.9/10 from me! Bom shankar!

Incredible tunes as always. As an aside I'd advise anyone reading this to

download anahata by transwave and sunrise by the antidote - the best trance

I've heard in 6 years

7/10! Is that all!! This album has enough intelligence, warped humour and kick

ass engergy, to keep it interesting after all this time. It may not follow the

standard trance formula, but that just makes it more interesting for me. Ive

played my LP so many times It's worn out now, nuff said!

One of the best albums ever.

The tracks are very shimmeringly alive with some alien fluorescent full moon

pearl magic that goes straight to the heart and beyond... There are weak

moments here and there, but the good ones shine so brightly that they don't

magane to annouy me, really. I also like the old sound (not meaning the music

style!) better than the new ultra sharp ultra clinical ultra clean ultra over

ultra produced digital computer sound (listen to, say, order odonata 1 and

compare the percussion etc to some new tracks and see what I mean).

Is all the way up there with the likes of Twisted, Alien Protein etc.

Alien spacecraft mindboggler brain ticklin' frequency tweakin' cosmic mystery

of beauty music!

(and the fluoro sleeves are just great too!)

Fantastic album ! Pure essential old school bliss...This album was created at the time when they all collaborated together : Simon Posford, Martin Freeland, Raja Ram and Graham Wood. This album is brilliant result of all of them working together...

This is what psychedelic trance is all about, lots of melodies, psychadelia and fat sounds, and sooooo hyperspaced...:D 9/10

Stimuli the best psy track ever in my opinion why is it not in the top 100

here? A free Blue Room demo CD started the whole thing for me but when I heard

this album I was hooked for life. 10/10

Don't understand why this album is not highlighted. That's the real history of

GoaTrance. My favourites are Telepathy, Binary Neuronaut, Noises from the

Darkness...All the rest is also good. I would rate this album 9/10

hmmm... there's some pretty good stuff on here, and some kind of bad stuff.

nothing phenomenal, although my favorite is definitely hyperspaced, and

stimuli and binary neuronaut are also pretty good. if you're into old school,

cosmosis/hallucinogen/mwnn type stuff i would definitely give it a listen. i

give it 6.5/10 (but it would be about 9/10 in 1995)

100% agreeed

The bad thing is that some tracks like feeling weird and Bynary neuronout are very slow and that destroys the whole tracks, i have a set in that the tracks are acleretated and they sound really great so i don´t know why they were recorded so slow.

Maybe they sounded faster by the 1995 standards.

Because that's how they were supposed to be????

I believe that's because they are more on the tripping/slow-dancing side rather than melting the dancefloor...
