While talking of underplayed or forgotten tracks which you seem to do here, and already mentioning some of subcouds work (LAB/Subcouds/Vibrasphere) whatever u wish to call it :) Subcouds - On Red is imo one of the best goa tracks ever produced.. AND BY SWEDES :)) the b side Under The Sun are just as sweet!

and yes i agree LAB's Trippin Trolls was my national anthem for many years

chi-a.d. - anno domini,

battle of the future buddhas - domestic bliss, i thought it was a classic but apparently not a lot of people know this huge track.

I've more than once noticed that the 2 final tracks of an album/compil are often skipped by many ppl (incl myself)

This can be because the final song is often (but surely not always) a chill-OUT song or cause cd's don't always get to play until their last track (in this case the "shuffel" function could provide a solution)

So I bet everyone 's got some undiscovered beauties in their own collection ;) ?

* Zodiac Youth - "Cartographers Of The Universe"

DeathPosture

Posted Image

195999

The more I listen to it, the more it blows me out!

"Cartographers of the universe. Their maps, their star charts. How far does it go? Does time have an end? My personal theory is that everything is happening all the time. We're just not smart enough to see it, that's all!"

Biot - Radiation

Moonweed - Telepath

Rhytmystec - Cathexis

196656

I can share this opinion too! =)

I would add:

C.O.P. - fairy in the dragonforest - from their album Urban Alien

Crop Circles - different species - from their Full Mental Jackpot EP

Juno Reactor - labyrinth - from their Samurai mini album

Orion - the 8th - released on Psychedelic Electronica 2 (Psychic Deli) and re-released as a bonus track on Futuristic Poetry (Avatar)

Radiation - on the machine

Shiva Chandra - caraman - released on their debut album Spicy Moments

Tripitaka - monkey on a cloud - from Sympathy In Chaos (Matsuri)

Tromesa - yohimbe - from Psychedelic Electronica 2 (Psychic Deli)

Typhoon - overture

.

.

.

Oh, my! I start understanding there're too many! =)

Good thread!

One track I have always found to be severely underrated is Grapes of Wrath - 'Goa Helvede Til'! Nobody ever seems to mention this track when talking about Grapes of Wrath.

Anyway, give it a listen. It's hard to believe that it was released in 2005 - the production is miles better than a lot of trance released today!

It seems that this B side to the "Duck/Navigator" EP is usually overshadowed by the extremely aggressive and driving A side, but I prefer this lightly melodic and very atmospheric track, and really enjoy the 1984 samples (love that film).
