  1. Artist: Panayota Title: Butterfly Effect Label: Kaos Krew Records Date: June, 2014 1. The Wizard Spell 2. Dream feat. Skazi 3. Heaven In My Hands 4. Take With Love 5. Butterfly Effect 6. Liquid Crystals feat. Alienn 7. The Atmosphere feat. Stereopanic 8. New Civilization 9. Zoodana 10. D'R Rudy Yeah...it's one of those. This is way you expect a sh*tty boxer to feel. Or those that suffer from migraines. When I was a kid I had those. Got so bac I would wander around the house in my underwear moaning, moving from room to room. Only to find sweet relief in sleep and total darkness. That is after puking into the terlet until I all but passed out. Which is exactly what happened when I listened to this. Panayota succeeds in bringing those horrible memories flooding back to the forefront. Thanks a lot dick. It's loud with more stops and starts than a teacher that likes to go off on tangents. Get to the f*cking point already. Problem is there is no point. The leads are abrasive and there is zero flow to the album or even individual tracks. And don't get me started on the build ups. It's like he was shooting for the world record. This is the type of commercial full on that is a recipe for a migraine. Maybe I'm too old, but music that inflicts pain isn't something I'm into. 2. Artist: Tryon Title: The Source EP Label: Kaos Krew Records Date: October, 2012 1. Noise Freak - Tryon Vs. Digital Talk 2. The Void - Tryon Vs. Mindcore 3. The Flame "Keep on doing what you've always done. Keep on being what you've always been." Oh yeah...now we're talking. Telmo gets it. Take a thumping beat, drench in acid and repeat. Why is this so hard for some? He's not here to weave a complex tale dissecting the intricacies of our existence. His goal is to make you get up and dance with a sledgehammer combination of lasers and acid. His style drives in the fast lane where your grandma insists on staying with the right blinker on. If you're in his way well, you've got another grandma right? "Oh thank you young man. I-I-I don't know who he was, but he was one of those foreign fellas. Probably in the Taliban. Did you know they make their women wear potato sacks? I don't. Both died of cancer, but let's be honest it would be much cooler to go with smoking acid marks on your back. His collaboration with Digital Talk is my favorite as it is unrelenting and super rhythmic. He's got this ability to use a sample that is clear, but sounds far away. Adds to the mayhem for me. If you're a fan of the high tech acid heavy style consider this recommended. Beatport Mdk
  3. Artist: Concept Title: Straight Forward EP Label: Kaos Krew Records Date: May, 2012 1. Straight Forward 2. You Have The Right 3. It's Gone (feat. Tryon) "Wow great choices...genocide or brainwashing." I've got a concept. Why don't we make some music with some balls. Jupiter heavy beats with buckets of acid that seem to never end. Power with the force of a mack truck going the wrong way down a one way street. Hello dark vibe and goodbye smiley faces. Sounds like Aranaud was listening. But you knew that. His collaboration with Smashed on the Dead Star EP was monumentally exciting. with But this fine French gentlemen always gives the people what they want. Vicious Cycle, Paranormal, Experimental...his albums all deliver the same thing. In your face high intensity and no-nonsense dance music. The vibe is futuristic and cyber intensive. Twilight music with a heavy acidic component that never fails to get the body moving. Some people paint with watercolors he uses the toxic and lethal acid. And a big f*cking brush. The first track was good (a little sparse at times), but the last two are more chaotic and full of energy. I'm telling you, the way he works those acidic bursts is like skipping a flat stone across a lake. Recommended. Keep fighting the good fight! Juno Mdk
