Maybe. It's possible for sure. Just get the feeling of a sample. Just the way it loops and there's an artifact (a slight noise) that also loops, making it seem like it's a sample.

Tbf I've been searching for damn near 30 years and I almost hate myself for even trying anymore. And fuck you Juan for not being more open like cosmosis. I asked him about the moonshine sample and got a reply immediately. I still had to find it myself because he couldn't fully remember - but he gave me his memory from it and i found it like that. It was a Frank zappa sample. Why Juan, must you be so damn obtuse.

But who leaked the 97/98 version, who mastered it? And why was it never official. And why does that 97/98 version of the track sound so good.. Because if it was good I'd put it on at least a Goa Head, Distance, and Tantrance cds... Something must have happened. You got those answers aswell?
It just doesn't make sense..

Indeed, "Pentagon(e)" never made it to any compilation, in any kind of format..
IMO, there's never been any alternate version of the track. It was just circulating in P2P sites as "Pentagone", before its official release, but it was the same track.
I was discussing this with a friend, who was involved (and still does) in DAT Records releases and is aware of the unreleased stuff found in the DATs of Etnica. He has never seen or heard about a different version of the track..
Yeah it's from the Auracle 1998 promo cassette then, and the pirates called it pentagone. Maybe it was just a misspelling. All I know is that I had the near full tetrahedron back then as I'm sure most people had. Even though it wasn't properly released. I think the mystique added to it alot. I like the 98 grimey underground version more than the cleaned up remastered dat version though

edit: ok im sorry i should say something nice also. i rather like the hitech track at the end, sounds half decent! and the artwork is very cool.

I am really surprised, as i had no idea about it..
i would assume from the auracle promo version from 1998? it somehow reached the internet back then thats for sure. not sure where it did came from though. all i know is i had most of tetrahedron on a cd, and pentagon was called pentagone.
i also seem to remember pentagone coming from a compilation cd, but according to discogs that never happened.

at least me and radi had some chats, off this place, it was a long time ago though maybe 10 years or so. but we kinda knew eachother a bit. i dont believe he was a fake persona created by someone else. and if he was, then that person is fully psycho.. to pretend to be someone else, use someone elses picture, talk with random strangers (me in this case) and pretend to be someone else? well.... thats fully insane. and i dont buy it. i think he was a real person.

I'm not perfect myself, but in this case I felt it necessary to write something here, since this thread seems to portray the topic starter as somekind of white knight. The saviour and protector of people feeling unwell, which is a far-cry from the truth, based on my experience.
