After our first edition where 900 souls came together on 7 different stages to manifest their tribe and culture, we are happy to welcome you once again during the weekend of 15/04/2011 to manifest your values.
Travellers and Street Theater
Our festival is a free space for street artist and travelers from all over the world. We are happy to open our doors for everyone that who want to share their experience and talent. Theater, dance, fire shows, jugglers, clown’s, abstract art, installation, freestyle dancers, mime, circus, witches, magicians…maybe Harry Potter you never know !!!! If you are an artist and want to share your special gift at our festival we are more than open to let you inside and do your show.

Mpatapo represents the bond or knot that binds parties in a dispute to a peaceful, harmonious reconciliation. It is a symbol of peacemaking after strife.
The Story
Our gathering has become within the years a meeting place for people of different backgrounds with an open mind in the worldmovements of today society.
With Rhakti Dei we want to create a fusion of people, music and art in an ultimate enviroment of nature, space and freedom. Where different individues from varied tribes can melt there energys, powers and idees with nature in a sensitive and sustainable way. We want to make a world that brings each invidue closer to the basics of mankind for 3 days where they can open their mind without any frontiers.
This year we have chosen the symbols from the hindu culture to represent our two stages : SHAKTI and SHIVA to bring you the energy on your way to parvati.
Shiva Stage
The SHIVA STAGE is the main stage of our gathering. The dancefloor is a green grass plain, with a view on the old manor. On the dancefloor you can also see the forest and the lake. A special feature will be the windmills as background. The Rhakti Deï gathering aims to provide a full experience through visual and auditive artforms.
The opening of the festival will be friday by EMPUSAE and saterday by JUNO REACTOR with a special fireshow demonstrated by the magical SAHARA, she offers you a rhytmic mix of tapdancing, firepois and percussion.
The sound of the Shiva Temple will guide you on a journey through the old sound of Goatrance into the newer Psytrance productions. We strive to offer a varied line-up with influences from all of the facets of this musicstyle. You will meet new talented artists as well as experienced pioneers of our scene. There will be artists playing full-on, dark, melodic and progressive psytrance music from all over the world!
Visually, there will be the premiere of BOEMAN, one of the Belgian artists that will create a threedimensional bambootemple of 32 m2, it's for the first time in Belgium that he will make a construction of this size.
The artwork of CISSE, also one of our Belgian decoraters, contains sculptures that give the impression of wooden gnarls, with special features of animalliked creatures from another dimension. The wooden sculptures of CISSE have a special effect to glow in the dark, they are all 100% natural.

Shakti Stage
This year, we would like to welcome you to a festival that is more than just psytrance music. The SHAKTI STAGE is a decorated atmosphere where we will create a pirate world with a sandy beach, ambient, dub and gypsy music.
In the pirate bay you can also enjoy movies and in the day we will let artists performe with words & arts.
There will be lectures (workshops) about Martial Arts, Meditation, Natural Healing, and other foreign or alternative cultures. As an event where people can meet, we have learned that we also have an important cultural and educational function.
If you wish to performe with juggling, devilstick, poi or other wicked stuff, this is the spot where you can show or share your art and experience with other people. Bring your instruments and enjoy the spontanious vibez of jamming together!!!
In this village we want to give you the opportunity to relax and communicate with others that are exploring the world of visual and auditive perception. There will be a cocktailbar and foodstalls with pancakes, irish coffees, chaithee and many many more....The psychedelic movement today is more than just some psytrance vibes, it is and remains a lifestyle. Which we will make you feel as if you were in a sofa dream.

African symbol of reconciliation, peacemaking and pacification
Mpatapo represents the bond or knot that binds parties in a dispute to a peaceful, harmonious reconciliation. It is a symbol of peacemaking after strife.
The Story
Our gathering has become within the years a meeting place for people of different backgrounds with an open mind in the worldmovements of today society.
With Rhakti Dei we want to create a fusion of people, music and art in an ultimate enviroment of nature, space and freedom. Where different individues from varied tribes can melt there energys, powers and idees with nature in a sensitive and sustainable way. We want to make a world that brings each invidue closer to the basics of mankind for 3 days where they can open their mind without any frontiers.
This year we have chosen the symbols from the hindu culture to represent our two stages : SHAKTI and SHIVA to bring you the energy on your way to parvati.
Shiva Stage
The SHIVA STAGE is the main stage of our gathering. The dancefloor is a green grass plain, with a view on the old manor. On the dancefloor you can also see the forest and the lake. A special feature will be the windmills as background. The Rhakti Deï gathering aims to provide a full experience through visual and auditive artforms.
The opening of the festival will be friday by EMPUSAE and saterday by JUNO REACTOR with a special fireshow demonstrated by the magical SAHARA, she offers you a rhytmic mix of tapdancing, firepois and percussion.
The sound of the Shiva Temple will guide you on a journey through the old sound of Goatrance into the newer Psytrance productions. We strive to offer a varied line-up with influences from all of the facets of this musicstyle. You will meet new talented artists as well as experienced pioneers of our scene. There will be artists playing full-on, dark, melodic and progressive psytrance music from all over the world!
Visually, there will be the premiere of BOEMAN, one of the Belgian artists that will create a threedimensional bambootemple of 32 m2, it's for the first time in Belgium that he will make a construction of this size.
The artwork of CISSE, also one of our Belgian decoraters, contains sculptures that give the impression of wooden gnarls, with special features of animalliked creatures from another dimension. The wooden sculptures of CISSE have a special effect to glow in the dark, they are all 100% natural.

Shakti Stage
This year, we would like to welcome you to a festival that is more than just psytrance music. The SHAKTI STAGE is a decorated atmosphere where we will create a pirate world with a sandy beach, ambient, dub and gypsy music.
In the pirate bay you can also enjoy movies and in the day we will let artists performe with words & arts.
There will be lectures (workshops) about Martial Arts, Meditation, Natural Healing, and other foreign or alternative cultures. As an event where people can meet, we have learned that we also have an important cultural and educational function.
If you wish to performe with juggling, devilstick, poi or other wicked stuff, this is the spot where you can show or share your art and experience with other people. Bring your instruments and enjoy the spontanious vibez of jamming together!!!
In this village we want to give you the opportunity to relax and communicate with others that are exploring the world of visual and auditive perception. There will be a cocktailbar and foodstalls with pancakes, irish coffees, chaithee and many many more....The psychedelic movement today is more than just some psytrance vibes, it is and remains a lifestyle. Which we will make you feel as if you were in a sofa dream.

The Boom! Psytemple has been the most visited stage in the last editions of Rhakti Dei in since the first edition/has been the most visited stage in the last editions, For this year, Rhakti Dei will chose a more amazing place: the dancefloor is a green grass plain, with a view on a lake. From the dancefloor you can see the forest and the water too.
The sound of the Boom Psytemple will guide you on an historic journey in psytrance: from the oldest sounds of Goa trance til the newest and latest Psytrance productions. We decided to offer a variated line-up with influences from all the facets of this music style. In our choice of artists we bring you pioneers of the scene like Juan Verdera, Sbk, Naked Tourists, Psykovsky ...people who brought new influences to the psychedelic scene and created new styles. We are happy to invite you in our chill out. To be part of a chain of relaxing interactions. The chill out provides space for relaxation, conversation and the exchange of ideas: verbally, musically and visually. It is to be considered the temple of relaxation. A journey within you, exploration of the youniverse you are, you the centre of your world being part of the whole of joining centres celebrating life in its fullest. Exploring the never-ending eternal void inside out. We take you on a journey through space and time, energy and matter, the never ending flow of life. This space provides more then music and environment. It's a meeting point of ideas and lifestyles to be and to become. We invite musicians to feed your soul with soundscapes and beyond. We invite people who will share their ideas and visions. People who can teach you their skills.
We will progress from daytime music to nightime sounds to sunshine music. When the sun rises we invite you to stretch your day, body, mind and soul together with the Rhakti Dei yogis. Whole morning we provide space and juggling tools to meet other circus creatures to teach and learn from each other. In the afternoon we have a wide range of lectures and workshops about music, health, science, spirituality, society, shamanism . . . come and share your ideas.
We ask you to keep this space clean, so please take of your shoes, use the ashtrays and garbage deposit stations.

This year we have chosen a location that is really much more than a simple location. We have looked to be carefully when we have selected the location for this year that
our visitors get the chance to be in the nature and enjoy this elements of Earth. Because our scope with our gathering is to open the eyes of the people
to bring them back to the basic elements of life and old culture, traditions.
We get in to the philosophy that each body is a temple that people must look after, respect, and discover their own by coming back
to the basic elements of life NATURE. Our scope was when we have decided to move to a new location to give to our visitors the chance to do thinks
that are really normal and simple and back to the roots. Now days the rush and the stress in our society has reached its highest level.
After the last statistics 70 % of the people forget to enjoy nature and yo do exercises enough with their body.

Psymmetrix are 27 year old Alastair Crowther and 30 year old Richie (Asimilon) Elmes, both Yellow Star Geminis from the South East of England.
They have been writing music together now for one and a half years, after initially deciding to formulate a live "versus" set in December 2004, their conflicting musical styles brought about the synthesis of a new collaboration, that month they slaved in the studio with the newly born twin headed monster to create their first 7 tracks which met with great success at their début in the Liquid Connective Trance Room at Liquid Futures, December 31st 2004.
They bring 18 years of a love of trance music and dancefloor mayhem to their live sets, which have been tearing apart the London squat and party scene and after headlining the Liquid stage at the Glade festival last year these two have developed quite a following.

is a 24 year old artist from Toronto Canada. Neil has become internationally recognized for his multidimensional matrix paintings. Decorating environments for artists such as Shpongle, Goa Gil and other top techno trance artists, Neil's artwork disects and diagrams the landscape of the mind and creates new dimensions and imaginary planes. This will be Neil's first exhibition in Belgium

Kindred spirits is Sven Willaert, 28 years young, living in Lier Belgium. But kindred spirits wouldn’t be nothing without the help of my two sidekicks: Evelien and Marianne (DJ Mary Jane) and the patience and understanding of my two roommates Anja and Jessica.
I started making decorations in 2000 when we were organising our first party. I was always looking for a creative outlet and since I can’t paint for shit, I finally found something I loved doing. Since then I decorated at partys all over Belgium, in Germany and Thailand.

Travellers and Street Theater Festival
Our festival is a free space for street artist and travelers from all over the world. We are happy to open our doors for everyone that who want to share their experience and talent. Theater, dance, fire shows, jugglers, clown’s, abstract art, installation, freestyle dancers, mime, circus, witches, magicians…maybe Harry Potter you never know !!!! If you are an artist and want to share your special gift at our festival we are more than open to let you inside and do your show.
