Any news about a new Goa/psy album?
And if yes plz don't release it only through itunes.
No more albums from me right now, There has to be an idea for me doing so
Last album wasnt only released on itunes, alot of different stores around the
world has it to.

Nice one Biller , old school bassline , good melodies in general , dont dig much of the unison lead , prefer your old psygone leads from your first 2 albums , this remembers me a bit of Color Box because of the background sweeps, the 303 riff i think that doesn't go very well with the general music mood.
The music from your first 2 albums are far more pumping and have some real good acid lines.
It's just my opinion , other people might like it and have a totally different view on this song.

- and is not meant to be a new release I think if you take my old stuff and convert it in to 2011 - this is the sound I would have on those tracks
Psygone has always been more minimalistic in the choice of sounds, and a lot of people mention it as a downside.
But the fact is that I wanted it that way, and thats also the point with this track - its max fun to bring up memories,
so why make it to serious
I just had a happy goa sunday .. weeeeeeeeeeeeeee -

Yesterday November the 1st. the new Psygone Album went up for sale.
' A Second Breath' is different from the old Psygone stuff,
and again - yes its still that same Them based Athmosphere !!
'A second Breath' has come a long way, and the first steps to
the track 'First Breed' was moulded right after the breakup
with Digital:Newage/Hourcast in December 2004.

Its with huge exitement that we´re announcing the Est. Release Date for
the 3rd. and newest Psygone Album named " A second Breath".
It has taken almost 1 Year to compose and finalise this album on/off,
and it has Morphed together pretty well. If everything goes 100% smooth
from the distributors side, expect the album to be available for download
on Itunes Worldwide the 1st. of November this Autumn.

Ahh Gotcha, yes there was some pretty strange names out there,Is one of those stupid names Hypnotic was using to release your Organique staff/
BEAMusUP!!!
the worst one I guess was when they took a one of my tracks and named it "Bypass Unit".
But it was when licensers began to use the tracks it went wrong, the Guys at Hypnotic
were ok, but when the American mothership "Hypnotic/Cleopatra" began to work
with the Material it all went the wrong way.
These Guys were also responsible for Organique never seeing the dayligt :clapping:

My new material hitting Itunes this year is a PsyGonE anno 2008.
That means OLD SCHOOL but with a new flavour and much better production.
I Like FullOn but in the long run it really bore´s me - so I wanted to create
something inbetween - melodies, themes and anthems are standard for all trax !!!

Psygone tracks are:
CD1 TRACK no. - 6,7,8,10
CD2 TRACK no. - 1,4,6,8,10,12
The tracks aren´t typical Optimystique stuff, but I guess that everybody change thru time

Well I never said I was going Full-ON I said that the last DigitalNewage track was a blend.
Im never going to release such album - not with Psygone name, im to happy for Anthems.

WOW . You all blew me away with these nice stories.
I ran a search on google and found this forum.
First I thought - hmmmm I shouldnt reply, but hell ya I should.
Let me make it all very clear - Im not shy/gone but very alive .. hehe.
Im still producing and I write music for others as well.
Today I own a Music & VideoProduction Company located here in DK.
We do music video´s, scoring for movies and videogames etc.
Psyone was for me a big pleasure, but unfortunately it ended because
of Hypnotic´s (USA) bad policy - and their lost engagement to break an act.
I know a couple of us on the scene back then, that never got the chance
to adapt to new styles along with the changing sounds and genres.
I saw my new tracks going out on comps. despite the fact, that the follow up
to Optimystique called "Organique) was ready for release as the 2nd. album.
So we went both our ways, Hypnotic and I. I lost my faith in breaking that act,
because doing that myself would cause a bunch of insane work.
But in 2001 I was contacted by a Manager from USA that wanted my sound
on an upcoming record so I began working on a project that turned into
3½ year of hard work and alot of travelling - The things was going very slow and the first product was an EP they handed out as freebee´s @ E3 tradeshow in LA.
Well as it turned more into Alternative/Metal I knew that an album from D:N
maybe wouldn´t hit the shelves - and it would be to oldschool for release today.
My punchline is this : If you can´t see opportunities you will not win, and
that has been the overall sprit for those partners since 1995.
Today I have alot of new things going on - just to mention a few of them:
A pop album coming out this summer with a very exiting new artist. The
music is blended with spice´s from Folk, Country, and rock - its awesome.
Another thing Im on right now is a fullblown NUSKOOL soundtrack ready for
release this summer as well. Im sorry I can´t give any names yet, but as
soon as its ready for release - You´ll find them here or maybe on a new site.
And another one .. hehe .. Im building up another US project together with some
other guys in California. We´re writing these days so productions wount be out
untill somewhat late this year. But this was just to mention some of the new goals.
There have been posts about some of the sites where my material is to find.
Those songs are old ones, that didnt make it on Optimystique - so basicly I haven´t used or neither written new Psygone material since the 90´s.
But You´ll never know what happens in the future. The last track I wrote to D:N
was a fullblown Full-on track kinda Psygone meets Astrix/FREq styla.
So the Psygone spirit is still very much alive, the question is are the buyers :-)
You guys have thrown some INSANE respects for me here and thats a KICKASS feeling to me - especially when I thought it was all long forgotten and dusty.
So thanx a bunch - Im still alive - and will never stop composing ;-)
