Iboga Records presents a new full-lenght album with the Italian progressive house producer Andrea Bertolini. The album contains 12 solid productions incl. his smash hit single on Iboga records from earlier 2012 named “we love it”!
The album already received support from big players such as Flash Brothers, Amo + Navas, Jaytech, Gareth Emery, Thomas Penton, Slam, Umek, James Monro, Noel Sanger & Spartaque among many others.
Born on January the 7th 1978 in Tortona (Italy) at the age of 14, Andrea started deejaying at school parties and then in local clubs; at that same time he started getting involved into music production.
In June 2001 he released his very first record called “Bitter candy” under the nickname B’n’3.
In October 2001 he began to work with “J.T. Company” (owned by Joe T. Vannelli) and became resident dj at the “Supalova Club” nights.
In spring 2003 he produced “Nasty Bass”, an international hit that was included in the sixth volume of the “Subliminal session” (on the label owned by Erick Morillo) mixed by Benny Benassi.
This single was published in many foreign countries, such as France (Sony/Scorpio Music), Spain (Blanco Y Negro) and Belgium (541/News).
Since March 2005 he works with Stereo Seven Records as A&R and dj/producer and has remixed artist like John Acquaviva, Warren Clarke feat. Michelle Weeks, Syndicate of Law feat. D-Train, David Amo & Julio Navas, Mauro Picotto, Les Schmitz, Maurizio Gubellini, Dhany from Benassi Bros, Topazz, Weekend Heroes and many more.
He achieved great international feedback with his production “My wav” (included in compilations such as “Come with me” mixed by Mistress Barbara, Fresco Records Compilation). On 11th of August 2007 he’s one of the djs of MTV Music 4 Life Party at Street Parade 2007 (Zurigo – Swiss) with Eric Prydz, Tocadisco, X Press 2, Westbam & Kurd Maverick.
In October 2007 he released his first album “My Waves”. In March 2009 he released “Nervioso” on Fresco Records (Spain) with D. Amo & J. Navas feat. a remix from Olivier Giacomotto that reached n°7 on Beatport Top 100 Techno Chart included also in Toolroom Night Compilation mixed by Funkagenda.
In June 2010 he released “Clouds” with the german singer/producer Hatfield (Becker’s partner in crime on Plastik Park Records) feat. a remix from David Amo & Julio Navas Remix that reached n°9 on Beatport Top 100 Progressive House Chart.
He appeared on international labels such as : Pacha Rec. – Definitive Rec. – Fresco Rec. – Piso Rec. – Iboga Rec. – Echoes Rec – Toca45 Rec. – Khazuma Rec.- Plusquam Rec. and many more.
In 2009 Andrea Bertolini had a great experience working with the artist Dan Balan. Him and Balan co-produced together the tracks “Chica Bomb” and “Justify Sex” witch became very successful in certain territories such as UK,Greece,Russia, France,Israel,Ukraine,Romania,Canada,Bulgaria.
In June 2010 he received the award as one of the most representative italian top 100 djs in the last 20 years. In January 2011 he reached n°4 on Beatport Progressive House Chart with his single “Drop That Beat” released on Bootylicious Rec and it ‘remained in the top ten for 8 weeks.
In April 2011, after 10 years in the business, together with his partner Vanshock, he proudly launch his new label ‘Btwisted Recordings’.
The debut release on the label is Andrea’s massive reworking of the anthem ‘Tear Drop’ by Massive Attack.
The package features the Original and a remix from UK based duo Russell G (Global Gathering / In Charge / Spinnin) & Steve Haines (Baroque / CR2), the EP is a perfect mix of tech grooves, big melodies.
He has played in country such as : Italy, Russia, Siberia, Switzerland, Latvia, Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Tunisia, Greece, Ukraina, Israel, France, Australia, Mexico, India.

Scandinavian progressive trance legend Atmos, aka Tomasz Balicki, returns with a new album entitled '604'.
The amazing double album contains a CD with new tracks and another CD packed with remixes of Atmos tracks and remixes Atmos did for others. Remixes CD include names such as Martin Roth, Phaxe, Yotopia, Phony Orphants, Gaudium, S-Range and Human Element. Also Atmos side project 'Dominic Thomas' is represented with two remixes.
Atmos stands behind classic albums such as 'Headcleaner', which still today are among the absolute top selling progressive trance albums of all time. In the years that followed Atmos released a string of singles on Spiral Trax, Acdc and Flying Rhino. He also released two full length albums 'Overlap' (2001), 2nd Brigade (2004) and 'Tour de Trance' (2008), all on Spiral Trax.
Atmos had three single releases on Iboga Records in 2011, 'One you Need' being his best selling hit.

Ubar Tmar - Prophecy. I think it was in 1997.
Following that, I bought the compilation it was on (Destination Goa 3) and Astral Projections "Dancing Galaxy". I grew up in a quite small town, but even the local record-dealer had a few goa/psytrance-CD's. The Goa Head and Destination Goa series were definitely a good introduction.

Yellow Sunshine Explosion Recordings presents "The Feeling" - a 4-track EP by Multiphase, who has previously released on labels like Iono Music, Plusquam, Synergetic and of course Yellow Sunshine Explosion.
Multiphase is the solo-project by Jannick Andersen from Denmark, who is also quite well-known as DJ pr0fane, having played at many of the major festivals in Europe and representing the trendsetting Danish label Iboga Records.
The sound of Multiphase can best be described as progressive psytrance on the melodic side. Sometimes quite intense, and at other times very deep, laidback and dreamy, with hints to both oldschool scandinavian morning trance as well as the pumping dancefloor-sound of 2012.
The 4 tracks on the EP are equally suitable for outdoor DJ-sets as well as dreaming away in the headphones. Let this EP give you "The Feeling"!

Yes, it's here. For almost a year Zen Mechanics and Ace Ventura and a few select DJ's have been playing this tune on dancefloors around the globe, and always with unbelievable reactions.
The tune we're talking about is of course "MIND = GOD", and it marks the beginning of the new Zentura project between two of the trendsetting producers today; Zen Mechanics and Ace Ventura, who both have a stellar ability to combine the futuristic, groovy and hypnotic sound of progressive trance with the energetic sound of psychedelic trance.
Oh, and did we mention they have a full album coming up next year, right here on Iboga Trance?
The original mix is accompanied by two equally rocking remixes from Vertical Mode and FREq;
Vertical Mode is a relatively new duo from Israel, consisting of Moshe Keinan (aka Xerox) and Hanan Gorenshtin (aka Volcano). They've already released som truly big tracks on labels like HOMMega, such as "Groove Reaction", "Lazer Shot" and "Push It Down" - all heavily played by the top progressive DJ's for the last year or so.
And finally there's a remix by the NZ-born Aren Gallagher - FREq. The man who brought new life into the progressive psytrance with the classic album "Strange Attractors", and has been a huge inspiration by many of the top producers and DJ's today. He's on the way with a comeback album, and this remix of "MIND=GOD" is a an amazing teaser, featuring the FREq-trademark grooves and crystaline leads.
We can safely say that this is one of the most anticipated releases on Iboga Trance this year, and you won't be dissapointed!

IBOGA RECORDS are proud to present one of the most interesting releases this year – the debut-album “Human Design” by CAPTAIN HOOK!
Captain Hook is the solo project by Reshef Harari, who was previously a part of the project Quantize and also has a techno-project called Sheff. The first Captain Hook track was released just over a year ago, but already he’s in high demand all over the world after some truly rocking remixes of artists like Ace Ventura, Neelix, Easy Riders, Psysex, Loud and Ritmo. Remixes that have established the name Captain Hook as synonymous for a new and highly interesting direction of progressive trance with fusions of dubstep, glitch and enormous, pumping baselines.
Reshef’s journey in progressive trance started back in the beginning of the millennium, where artists like XV Kilist, Paste and Phony Orphants inspired him. In later years, after living in San Francisco, he has been inspired by wobbly sounds from the likes of Bass Nectar and Vaski, and that clearly shines through in his unique take on progressive trance-music – something he with his own words call “tranStep”.
On the album you can also look forward to collaborations with top producers like Ace Ventura, Perfect Stranger, Liquid Soul, Loud, I’ll.gates, Freedom Fighters as well as a remix for Phony Orphants.

About the set
Let me start out by saying that this isn't really a mix made for parties. Actually it's more meant as a comedown-mix with some very hypnotic, deep and melancholic tracks. It starts very laidback, slowly gets more melodic, bordering towards progressive house and then ends with some gloomier techno-tracks.
