Release description:
The fourth in succession album by Sergey Nazarenko also known as Enichkin,
a well known psychedelic sound engineer from Russia, is called “Krakoziabry”.
Krakoziabry is/are often caused when Layered Intelligence Forming Energy
is moved to a system with a different default encoding.
Different encoding is a fundamental trick,
which is used to confuse the fact that we are ONE.
This album is an amalgam of very specific complex patterns
of tribal elements and cutting edge sound design / wave engineering,
produced with the purpose of evoking the chain reaction in consciousness
that evolves subjectively while having what we call a "Trance Dance Experience".
Through this all-encompassing experience of the Oneness of Life,
hopefully people will become more sensitive and aware of themselves,
their surroundings, the crossroads of humanity and the needs of the planet.

Stereographic:
Stereographic is the project of André Santana Camargos, born on the 21st of June 1980. André has started his musical career at the very young age of 9 years, when he started studying the piano. At the age of 15 he started studying classical guitar on the side and a bit later continued with the electric guitar and bass guitar, mostly playing it in jam sessions with his friends when they used to make punk rock and heavy metal. In 2001 the psytrance virus caught André’s full attention which was also the same time he started to produce his first tracks, there was no time to be wasted.
Over the next couple of years his project took more and more shape and by 2004 he developed a strong personal identity which could be felt strongly throughout his tracks. Stereographic was one of the very first Brazilian psytrance acts to ever start producing and releasing music, with quite an impressive list of releases on various labels worldwide so far. His music ranges from deep, fat & slightly melodic morning & twilight sounds to his more powerful technoid night time tuneage. Quality wise, his productions stand out strongly from the masses; all of them are produced with manic skull-crushing kicks layered on top of massive thundering bass lines and true tales of psychedelica.
So far André had the pleasure to play on all the major festivals of Brazil, as well as on many outside his beloved country. Places such as Russia, Germany, Hungary, Bolivia and the U.K. are all on his playlist of the last few years or the following months to come and there’s more countries being added to this list very soon. We at Mind Funk are truly proud to have this new supernova aboard of our galactic spaceship and we’re sure you’ll this stark raving mad man will hit you like a thunderstorm!

Smoke Ship:
Smoke Ship is a brand new project produced by Fernando Brigatto, also hailing from the magic lands of Brazil. Fernando was born on the3rd of May 1980. This fresh new project has been initiated during 2008, with the aim to bring some change to the monoculture of full-on/morning and progressive/electro artists in Brazil. The aim of the Smoke Ship project is to deliver something else, not the usual mainstream well known sound, but truly psychedelic music in the real true meaning of the word. High-quality music that manages to stand out from the masses, made with the purpose of making people dance in a fanatic frenzy all night long, all united in a deep induced state of trance.
Next to his live-project, Fernando has also been a psytrance DJ since the year 2003, as well as having started to organize parties in the area of Mina Gerais in Brazil. “Lexvib Productions” was the name of his 1st crew and nowadays he’s still organizing parties with his friends from back then, all working together on mutual projects in the area of Mina Gerais, known for its magic natural surroundings and kicking parties. The Samsara Festival is their major project nowadays, held annually in the city of Uberlandia, hosted by Fernando and his crew many artists from all over the world have performed on the Samsara Stage. Once more we at Mind Funk Music are happy and proud to have this new talented artist on board of our music team. Together with his fellow countryman André Santana Camargos, a.k.a. The 15th mushroom anniversary
Welcome to our summer newsletter, full packed with lots of info for the festival season including updated summer festival map, the winners of the mushroom Trance Producer Contest and new music releases which we published inside the June / July mushroom.
In fact we are celebrating the 15th mushroom birthday with this issue. Who would have thought that our beloved Goa yellow press would pass quite some crisis and reach this remarkable age back in 1994, when it all began? Starting with only four pages, hand-copied and with a distribution in the area of North Germany we became an international Trance magazine. We accompanied the scene during its golden age in the late nineties but also experienced the times of massive music piracy and therefore the decline of the label landscape. We danced free our selves from social forces and discussed the sense of life at remote places. We saw several generations of Trancers coming, each one with another attitude. We witnessed evolution and innovation. I hope you also gathered so much precious experiences with our scene during the past years and found your own way of Trance.
In this issue we want to recommend you many great parties where you can celebrate our mushroom anniversary and also the 20th birthday of the global Trance community. So we decided to make this June / July issue a Festival Special.

...there is in all things an ebb and a flow, a constriction of energy into condensed from, an expansion of solidity into the ethereal and mutable. My life has recently taken this path of change, reflecting the timeless wisdom of the organic.
The plants have begun speaking to me, the earth has begun speaking to me, the particular flight pattern of a pair of birds a potent divination, the liquid oscillation of waves crashing upon the shore a wisdom tradition. Everything around us is alive, vibrant, and resonating at a audible frequency if we only stop and listen. I am listening now, and everything in my life has changed. My identity as „Bluetech“ holds no validity here, and all of those previous associations ar dissolving: artist, performer, traveller, hipster recording artist, label owner. All of these beliefs about who i am are my ego’s attempt at transcendence above unity with the natural world. I don’t want to be „Bluetech“ anymore.
I want to be a tree singer, one who sings songs in the key of sap rising up the fractaline trunk of ancient elders
I want to be a plant whisperer, letting my quiet breaths massage seedlings into glorious germination

It speaks to me of renewal, of union with the divine inherent in all things, of a return to the source of life, of all the mother’s lost children come home to be fed sweet nectar of rememberance of our place in the created world, of our roles as gardeners of myth, and keepers of the flame of consciousness for a profound purpose , not only for our own selfishness, but to keep the oldest story alive.
This music is offered as a gift. I can’t play the music industry game anymore, begging people to buy my music so i can pay my rent, travelling way past my point of exhaustion in order to put a few mor dollars in the bank account and cross my fingerst that it will drive album sales. My reason for creating music is to get the message out: we are what we have been waiting for, heaven is not waiting for us at the end, the kingdom is „at hand“, we either create a beautiful world or we create a hell. If you feel me, if you hear me, if you enjoy this music and feel like supporting me, donations ar deeply appreciated.

Artist Info:
Itai Argaman, was born in 1980 and lives in the north of Israel , He taught himself to play the piano from the age of 6 and has been playing the guitar since the age of 9. When he was 15 years old, he composed his first classical piece that included the orchestral instruments. The piece was used in a movie that was then shown in Tel Aviv Cinematech. When he was 18, the electronic world entered his life. From that point onwards, Electronic music became a major influence in his creativity and musical life. Today, Itai is a sound and Mastering engineer that works on projects and in particular his own project that is called ARGAMAN. His music combines dub,IDM, ambient , chill and of course classical instruments. Itai has created a new blend of psychedelic music that will take you to other worlds with unique sounds, full of inspiration and emotion. In the future like in his past Itai will continue his special expertise creating musical scores and soundtracks for movies , as well as his present music projects.

Manaproject2012 was developed in 2004 by Aquarius and Mana Wizard. After a deep psychedelic experience and always ending tracks, they decided to mix some journeysets.
In this moment their ambientproject was born.
They combine mystic, atmospheric and organic psyambient and create therewith a psychedelic atmosphere, which let the listener dive into the depths of the psychedelic experience.
Artistbio DJ Aquarius
DJ Aquarius is Ilker, born in 1976, currently based in Hamburg, northern Germany.
Music was allways with him and in 1993 he had his first psy-trance experience, this bewitched him until today.
Aquarius starts djing chillout and psyambient in 2004. In the last three years he played at miscellaneous psychillouts around germany and at the solstice festival 2008 in the netherlands. He has a weakness for uplifting organic psychedelic ambient.On the other hand he loves spheric and experimental tunes.
In 2006 he become part of the Mystic Tribe (German Partyorganization)as a co organizer from 2006 to 2008. He establishs Manaproject2012 (German Psy-Ambient project) in 2006 and is also part of the Psychedelic Family (German Partyorganization) as a mainorganizer.
In 2009, he joined Peak Records as a label DJ.
Artistbio Mana Wizard
Mana Wizard is Tim, born in 1981, living in Hamburg, northern Germany. Psymusic is since 1996 a part of his life, so he decided to mix Chillout and Ambient in 2000. He started with Aquarius an ambientproject and they played on privat partys and for friends.
In 2004 his first sets was hearable on public partys, that was the beginning of proffesional djing. In the last 5 years he played on a lot of psy events in Germany and Holland. He loves to play uplifting, organic, psychedelic ambient, ethno sounds, electro, experimental style and well selected psytrance.
In 2008 he founded the Psychedelic Family (Partyorganisation) with a bunch of friends together.
In 2009, he joined Peak Records as a label DJ.

BUT THE ARTISTS´ BACKGROUND MUSICALLY IS VERY DIFFERENT, SO THEY DECIDED TO USE -Z- AS A PLATFORM WITHOUT THE USUAL BORDERLINES OF (EVEN) THE DARK SCENE CONSUMERS/PRODUCERS. A MIX OF 3 STYLES HAS DEVELOPED TO AN UNIQUE -Z-STYLE: DARK PSY TRANCE/A BIT DARK FULL ON AND EBM/INDUSTRIAL.
HISTORY:
THE FIRST GIGS IN 2008 WERE ASTONISHING FOR THE ARTISTS, ´CAUSE THEY STARTED GIGGING WITHOUT ANY PROMOTION OR PRODUCTS. AND ALPHA IS PLAYING SINCE THAT TIME ALL NEW TRAX OF -Z- IN HIS DJ-SETS, WHAT HE IS STILL DOING A LOT. SURPRISINGLY THE RESPONSE BY THE AUDIENCE WAS MASSIVE AND MORE AND MORE HE FOUND OUT, THAT THE -Z-SOUND IS FILLING A HOLE BETWEEN THE MODERN TRANCE-STYLES LIKE FULL ON/DARK PSY/TWILIGHT. NOT IN A KIND OF EVERYBODY´S DARLING, NO NO, MORE IN A INNOVATIVE DIRECTION, MELTING THESE INFLUENCES TOGETHER.

THE LIVE PERFORMANCES STARTED IN 2008 WITH ALPHA (KEYBOARDS/BASS), ANTAGON (MIXING, SYNTHS-PROGRAMMING) AND EQUINOX (E-DRUMS). AFTER A WHILE, -Z- DECIDED TO CONTINUE WITHOUT THE LIVE-DRUMS FOR DIFFERENT REASONS LIKE TOO BAD FEES BEFORE RELEASING THEIR FIRST PRODUCT(S). ON THE OTHER HAND IT OPENED A FLEXIBILITY TO PRESENT THE LIVE PERFOMANCE. FOR EXAMPLE ALPHA PLAYED A SOLO VERSION IN BRAZIL (UNIVERSO PARALLELO). BUT IN THE FUTURE -Z- WILL PERFORM AS THE-FUNNY-DARK-TWINS AND WILL STAY OPEN FOR LOCAL DRUMMERS OR PERCUSSIONISTS.
