#04: Sungirl vs. Iron Madness – Buddhist Pyramidi
“Do you believe in God?” Sungirl (Yana Polishchuk/Russia) really impressed me with her rocking tune on the Trishula compilation Ignis Fatuus released in 2004… Iron Madness (Ziv Viner/Israel) however is new to me, but he’s released stuff on Doof records previously… Both of them have debut albums coming out in 2006 + a Sungirl vs. Iron Madness album… Woow, that’s a lot of albums! Anyway, this track has one of the most beautifully executed intros I’ve heard in a long time… The soft, harmonic, ethereal orchestral music sends the listener on a voyage to the Garden of Eden… Pure bliss! And then BAM – the meanest bassline this side of Egypt catapults you straight to space… This is deep and dark horror trance – though with an epic, soft, melodic touch… Like The Misted Muppet on amphetamines… Brilliant track!
There was an album in the works? Holy hell, would've loved for that to happen!

Not a bad compilation at all. Might not be the best it but certainly has it's moments... The best being that Sungirl vs. Iron Madness track, damn! 😎
-
Nice summer album.

A motherfucking awesome album! Just the way I like my full-on 😎

I rather liked this album...

Such a deep album. I come back to this once a year and can't get it out of my head for at least a week. Now is that time again 😎

Hehe. funny it took 8 years to read a review of this album
Made it 2003-04 got delayed and released end of 2005. I had basicly no idea of what i was doing back then, Just having fun with Fruity Loops. Just a PC and a Hifi in my 1 room apartment. It's a miracle someone wanted to release this imo. But people still reminds me of some of the tracks on it untill this date so something fun must have came out of it
Shameless selfpromotion warning: 5th album ready to get unleashed now. Keep an eye on Ovnimoon Records in the near future.

cheers!
Wow. I think it's a very fun album as you stated haha I haven't listened to your newer albums so I'm gonna do that next week. Besides this album I've only heard a few compilation tracks which I liked also.

One of the best chill albums ever released 10/10
-
Pretty much as good as Mystery... and I've been listening to both of them from the day I heard them to this day.
-
To me this is the best psytrance compilation ever released...
-
It's more than a decent compilation when thinking of what kind garbage TIP.World has pushed out
-
It surely is no Crystal Skulls (I doubt those two compilations will ever be topped) but it's better than 99% of TIP.World releases.
-
Fucking awesome album!
-
A very good album. I do prefer the debut a bit better though.
-
Great album 9.5/10

This is pretty damn good..

What needs to happen here is that Shift and the Timecode crew should stage an intervention with Penta and set him on the right track. If your not going to do Dakpsy, but still want to keep your dark vibe, get a little South African in you.
Mdk
Yep. I'm listening to this album the last time as a whole. I am on the second track which is called Are We Done Yet? and that's pretty much what I am thinking now
