I agree in one thing the neo goa sounds modern, but somehow i dont get those chills down my spine that i get when listening to old school goa made with analog synthesizers.. the vst sound is to plastic and lacks the textures and rawness of the analog circuits. For example imagine hallucinogen twisted album made with vst.. wouldnt be the same thing.. this is of course my point of view on these things and im aware that not everyone will agree, still i make neo goa so im really bashing on my self here but it was better before old is gold remember? Its an interesting thing to discuss nonetheless, but i will not hijack this topic anymore for that maybe we could make a new thread to discuss this. Regards Diaks

Yes thats what i like with Filterias sound, analog ftw VSTi doesnt have a chance against real analog or VA synthesizers..

You would be surprised to know how many of the bigger artists that use myspace bots for everything, for example that thanks you got from Chi Ad was the same as everyone else gets from him its nothing personal.. its automated, also a common thing that people use that i hate is automatic friend adder bots, that adds people based on what musical genre they have choosed in their preferences/settings.

Syb Unity Nettwerk - Space Puppy and the track Morphogenesis are very much in the same vein as the UX tracks, i remember when i heard it for the first time on the sun trip goes forth CD wich also featured the UX track: Pure Intellect, those tracks stand out a lot from the rest on that compilation, It will be interesting as well to know what equipment Kris will use for this album, if he will stick to the old analogue sound or if he will use more VSTi etc, it would be nice to get the gear list for the ultimate experience album it has some wicked synthesizer sounds that almost sound like sliding guitars in some part, i think it said in the cd inlay something about midi guitars, unfortunately i only have the cd left and not the cd cover, anyone who can check it?
